The Ruler of Umm Al Quwain performs Eid Al Fitr prayers at Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Mualla Mosque

This morning, His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, performed the Eid Al Fitr prayer at the Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Mualla Mosque in Al Ras area in the city of Umm Al Quwain. His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain, led the prayer alongside His Highness. The prayer was also performed by His Excellency Sheikh Humaid bin Ahmed Al Mu’alla, Sheikh Khalid bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Head of the Emiri Court in Umm Al Quwain, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Sheikh Saif bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Head of the Department of Economic Development, and Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate. Umm Al Quwain, Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Head of the Financial Control Department, Sheikh Majid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Head of the Department of Tourism and Antiquities, Sheikh Abdullah bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Head of the Finance Department, Sheikh Ali bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Head of the Municipality Department, and Sheikh Saqr bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Head of the Smart Government Department, Sheikh Humaid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Engineer Sheikh Ahmed bin Khalid Al Mualla, Head of the Urban Planning Department, Sheikh Ahmed bin Nasser bin Ahmed Al Mualla, Special Advisor to His Highness the Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, and a number of sheikhs, His Excellency Nasser Saeed Al Talai, Director of the Amiri Diwan, His Excellency Saif Humaid Salem, Director of the Office of His Highness the Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain, and senior officials, citizens, and members of the Arab and Islamic communities in Umm Al Quwain. The mother of the worshipers, His Eminence Sheikh Muhammad Ibrahim Hamid, described this day as a day of joy, communication, and visiting relatives and neighbors because of the love, compassion, and creation of love and respect between people. The preacher called on the worshipers to renew the bonds of love between friends, compassion between relatives, and cooperation among all people. He said: During the Eid, hearts become closer, and people with good souls forget their grudges, and come together after separation. Al-Khatib said: O happy people with your blessed Eid, the sustainability of blessings includes God’s blessings upon us in religion and the world. The believer is keen to maintain his connection with his Creator and maintain his worship, following the example of our Master Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace. On this Eid, we promote the sustainability of family ties, social relations, and human connections. So we instill love in our community, exchange congratulations and visits among ourselves, connect our relatives, spread peace, and strive for causes of affection and harmony. His Eminence said: During the Eid, we dress up in the garb of values, and we display the noble morals of knowledge and honor, and we pray to our Creator, saying (My Lord, increase me in knowledge), because with the increase of knowledge we sustain our blessings, and the Eid is nothing but renewed blessings, and with knowledge we preserve the capabilities of our nation, and the Eid is nothing but joy over achievements, and with knowledge our families and relationships are preserved. Eid is only a time for prayers and honoring fathers and mothers. Let us make knowledge the spirit of our Eid and a holiday for our soul, and let us be role models for our families by raising them on the values of science and understanding in their religion, preserving their homeland, and being open to the sciences of their future. At the end of the sermon, His Eminence Sheikh Mohammed Ibrahim addressed the Almighty to pray that His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him,” and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, “may God protect him.” "And His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Presidential Office, and his brothers, Their Highnesses the Sheikhs, Members of the Supreme Council of the Federation and Rulers of the Emirates, may the people of the Emirates, the Arab and Islamic nations, be blessed and prosperous in Yemen. Al-Khatib also had mercy on the soul of the late founder Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, “may God rest his soul,” and the founding sheikhs, and Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, may God have mercy on them and make them dwell in His spacious paradise, and the honorable martyrs of the nation. After the prayer, His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, and His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain, exchanged congratulations and blessings with sheikhs, officials and citizens on this happy occasion.
