The radio of UAE from Uaq launched on March 1, 1978. and it was built on the orders of Sheikh Rashid bin Ahmed Al Mualla, a member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, may Allah have mercy on him, who was then Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of the Emirate and his late father Sheikh Ahmed Bin Rashid Al Mualla, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain. The radio has gone through many stages of progress and development and its name changed to Uaq Broadcasting Newtork in 2013 and now has seven working frequencies : 846 kh on the medium wave , 95.6 FM , 97.8 FM , 100.3 FM , 106.2 FM , 106.5 FM and 107 FM The stations are broadcast in different languages and enjoy great popularity from local listeners from the United Arab Emirates and other countries because of the diversity of their programs and languages, these stations broadcast religious programs on the medium wave as well as song and musical programs in Arabic, English and Asian languages. The launch of the website is a new addition to its development and allowing its listeners to listen to and participate its programs.
